Great performance rewarded by guest start in Daytona

The former Audi Sport TT Cup driver is granted a great honour at the end of January, when thanks to her performance in the 24h Dubai, she gets the short-term chance to compete in a part of the famous Rolex 24 programme in Daytona. For the first time on American soil, she will be driving an Audi R8 LMS GT4 in the Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge.

Without the specific promotion of young talents, such a short-term entry would hardly have been possible. As a rule, unknown race circuits in unfamiliar surroundings require some advance preparation time, so that youngsters find orientation easier. But Gosia Rdest shows it can be done differently. The key to success is well-targeted communication with the team to ensure swift progress in the handling of the GT4 racing car.

We wish all former and active Phoenix Racing pilots like our DTM driver Mike Rockenfeller all the best in Daytona!
